My name is Maria Longo
I didn't plan to build any of this. Life made those decisions for me.
I grew up in a family of creatives. My great uncle Vincent Longo was an artist whose work hangs in the Whitney Museum in New York. My father makes things by hand. Creativity was always in my blood, even when I didn't know what to do with it.
I spent years in professional kitchens in Manhattan. Fast-paced, demanding, and built on survival. I learned to move fast, stay quiet, and over-function. It looked like strength. Underneath, I was coming undone.

My body finally made me stop during COVID. I was working in a hospital kitchen on the front lines when I broke out in chronic hives. Complete collapse. That crash became a turning point.
I picked up a paintbrush. That changed everything.
Then I discovered the Clarity Catalyst program. For the first time, I had language for my life. For the patterns. For the pain. For the path forward. It changed everything. So I became a facilitator.
Art Flow Mind Body was born from that moment.
My mission
Everything I do comes from one place. I want people to find the language for their own lives.
I teach practical tools for confidence, clarity, and self-love. For adults, teens, kids, and workplace teams. Not from a textbook. From living it.
I help individuals get unstuck and reconnect to themselves.
I support businesses in building teams that actually work well together.
I guide young people in developing confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.
I use creativity and mindfulness as tools for real healing in real life.

My Impact
Through my programs, Clarity Catalyst, Culture Catalyst, Insight for Life, and my signature course, Rooted and Rising. I have helped individuals rebuild confidence, supported businesses in creating healthier cultures, and given young people tools they actually use.
Beyond my programs, I actively advocate for mental health awareness, conservation, human rights, and LGBTQIA+ rights. I believe everyone deserves access to tools that help them heal and grow.
This isn't something I stumbled into. It's something I survived my way into.
